Nice flow before bed…
NIGHTTIME YOGA SESSION
Wind down with gentle movement to release tension, quiet the mind, and prepare your body for rest.
Child’s Pose — Relaxes the back and hips.
Modify for knee, hip, or ankle concerns.
Cat-Cow — Gently mobilizes the spine and encourages easy breathing.
Modify for wrist, knee, neck, or spinal concerns.
Standing Forward Fold — Stretches the back body and encourages relaxation.
Use caution with back injuries, dizziness, or balance concerns.
Legs Up the Wall — A restorative pose for tired legs and relaxation.
Modify or avoid if the position worsens glaucoma/eye-pressure concerns or causes discomfort; pregnancy may also require positioning changes.
Knee to Chest — Gently stretches the hips and lower back.
Modify for pregnancy or significant hip, knee, or abdominal concerns.
Supine Twist — Gently mobilizes the spine and helps the body settle.
Modify for pregnancy or significant spinal, hip, or back injuries.
Move gently, never force a pose, and stop if you experience pain, numbness, tingling, or dizziness.
Breathe. Release. Rest.
Join me in class!
Love, Eileen
