TRE and my nervous system
Good morning y'all! Just a few words on TRE and the difference it is making for me right now. I have been doing this for about 4 months 2x a month, but since training I have been doing it more consistently by myself. My husband has even noticed a difference in me. But I can tell you that my insides feel better. I am not so worked up inside. My nervous system is calmer. It is amazing. I am really noticing it now. Slower, calmer and more relaxed.
