Healing and Twisting

Hi y'all! Just a quick video. This is me....just being me! I am not a professional, but I am me and I hope these videos will help others healing as well. One day I will get a microphone! LOL!

TWISTING is a dynamic movent that engages your body and your breath. When you move you can follow suit side to side with your breath. Twisting will help to calm your nervous system when you need and it and it is fun! For me, I feel lighter and more free.
