Give your neck some love…

GIVE THAT NECK SOME LOVE!

Okay, my fabulous humans! Let's talk about that neck of yours!

You know, the one that's been holding up your head, carrying your stress, and apparently storing every bit of bullshit you've dealt with this week!

Well, it's time to show it some LOVE!

Did you know that tension in your neck and shoulders can be influenced by stress, posture, prolonged sitting, and even how you're breathing?

The beautiful thing about yoga is that sometimes a little gentle movement can make a BIG difference!

LET'S GET THAT NECK MOVING!

1. Ear to Shoulder: Gently tilt your head from side to side. No pulling or forcing! Let those neck muscles soften.

2. Chin to Chest: Slowly lower your chin and enjoy a gentle stretch along the back of your neck.

3. Gentle Neck Rotations: Slowly turn your head right and left. We're releasing tension, not auditioning for The Exorcist!

4. Shoulder Rolls: Roll those shoulders up, back, and down. Remind them they don't belong next to your ears!

5. Seated Cat-Cow: Move with your breath, gently rounding and lengthening your spine. Your upper back deserves some attention too!

6. Chin Tucks: Gently draw your chin straight back while keeping your head level. Hello, posture awareness!

WANT TO GIVE YOUR NECK EVEN MORE SUPPORT?

Try these wonderful yoga poses!

Warrior II: Opens the chest, strengthens the shoulders, and encourages better posture.

Thread the Needle: A beautiful gentle twist for releasing tension around the upper back and shoulder blades.

Sphinx Pose: Encourages gentle spinal extension and strengthens postural awareness. Keep your neck long and your gaze slightly downward.

Cat-Cow: Helps improve spinal mobility and ease stiffness through the back and shoulders.

REMEMBER, MY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!

Move gently, never force your neck, and stop if something hurts or causes dizziness or tingling.

Healing doesn't always require some enormous life-changing event.

Sometimes it's simply taking a moment to breathe, move, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

NOW I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU!

Where are you storing all your stress today?

A. My neck is holding a grudge!

B. My shoulders have officially moved into my ears!

C. My entire body needs a vacation!

D. What stress? I'm a perfectly peaceful little unicorn!

DROP YOUR LETTER BELOW! Let's have some fun!

Breathe. Move. Release. Remember Who You Are.
