10 minute yoga flow…
ONLY HAVE 10 MINUTES? YOU HAVE TIME FOR YOGA!
You don’t need an hour-long practice to reconnect with your body. Sometimes 10 intentional minutes of movement and breath can be exactly what you need.
Try this simple 10-Minute Yoga Flow:
1. Child’s Pose — Rest, breathe, and gently release tension.
2. Cat-Cow — Mobilize the spine and connect movement with your breath.
3. Downward-Facing Dog — Lengthen the body, build strength, and gently energize.
4. Low Lunge — Open the hips and create space through the front of the body.
5. Standing Forward Fold — Gently stretch the back body and invite a moment of stillness.
6. Yogi Squat — Open the hips, strengthen the lower body, and feel grounded.
7. Savasana — Give yourself a few moments to rest, breathe, and allow your practice to settle.
Yoga doesn’t have to be long, complicated, or perfect to be meaningful. Meet your body where it is today, modify when needed, and let your breath guide you.
Some days you may have an hour.
Some days you may have ten minutes.
Both count. Both matter. Just get on your mat.
Breathe. Move. Be.
Join me in class y'all! Zoom or in person!
Hugs and love, Eileen
